Cooking Class at the Locanda

Bring in your heart that warmth that only things done together can give.
Teach, entertain, unite. Returning home with hands that still smell of bread is a gift that lasts.

An experience that smells like home

Cooking together is one of the simplest and most beautiful gestures: it brings people together, makes them smile and feel part of something.
In our Cooking Classes, this spirit comes to life in a workshop designed to welcome everyone, absolutely everyone — even those with disabilities — because the kitchen must remain a place of sharing, inclusion and joy.

Here, our chefs will guide you step by step in the preparation of two pillars of Italian tradition:
warm handmade bread and fresh pasta rolled out with a rolling pin, just like in the old days.

You will knead, touch, create… and above all, you will experience an authentic, fun and convivial moment.

How the experience works

The Cooking Class lasts about 3 hours and is designed to be practical, simple and fun.

  • Welcome to the workshop: workstations ready, ingredients selected and a fully accessible space.
  • Brief introduction by the chef: basic techniques, little secrets and essential steps.
  • Hands-on: you will prepare your own dough for bread and fresh pasta, guided step by step.
  • Shaping and creating the pasta: roll out the dough, shape the dough balls, create tagliatelle or other traditional pasta shapes.
  • Time to share: while the bread bakes and the pasta rests, chat and enjoy the kitchen as a convivial experience.
  • Final tasting: final tasting or small selection prepared by the chefs.
